What you need for Zoom Yoga Class
1. Install Zoom app in your PC, Notebook, Laptop, Pad or mobile phone
2. Have your Yoga Mat ready.To fully benefit from your practice, please prepare the following props or substitutes although they may not be used for the particular class:
a. 1 Chair – Preferably heavy. Any dining table, leg rest or higher stools.
b. 1 Belt or Yoga Strap
c. 2 Yoga blankets or thick towels or hand cushions.
d. 2 wooden or foam blocks
3. A link for the class will be sent 2 hours before the start of the class.
4. The meeting room will be opened 10 minutes before the start of the class. Please be punctual as we will not admit anyone coming in later than 10 minutes unless you encounter technical difficulties.
Apa yang diperlukan saat mengikuti Kelas Zoom:
1. Install Zoom di PC, Notebook, Laptop, Ipad, HP
2. Mohon siapkan matras Yoga Anda.
Untuk mendapatkan manfaat sepenuhnya dari latihan ini, harap siapkan alat pembantu yoga yang mungkin perlu di pakai.
a) 1 Kursi – Yang lebih berat atau Kursi meja makan.
b) 1 Yoga Belt atau handuk kecil
c) 2 selimut Yoga atau handuk tebal atau bantal keras
d) 2 balok kayu atau busa yang padat
3. Kami akan mengirimkan link via wa dan email 2 jam sebelum kelas mulai untuk Log in ke Class Zoom sesuai jadwal yang di registrasi.
4. Ruang pertemuan akan dibuka 10 menit sebelum dimulainya kelas. Silakan bergabung dengan kami setidaknya 5 menit sebelum kelas dimulai.

Cancellation policy:
We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. Please cancel your class latest by 17:00 a day before the class. Any cancellation after that time, it is considered a “late cancel”.
