Our trained yoga stretch specialist starts by observing the deviations from the normal, correct body alignment and work to rectify the deviations. We use a stretching technique called “proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation,” or PNF. A technique most effective for combating excessive tightness by increasing muscle length and improving range of motion using a hold-relax with agonist contraction method.
