Forward bending done correctly creates a natural traction of the spine for a healthy back. It also helps to calm the nerves while at the same time stimulates the digestive and reproductive system.

WITH ALIGNMENT
Twisting Poses elongate the spine to release tension buildup along the axis of the spine and increase range of mobility of the spine which prevents backache.
Twisting also energizes the mind and aid digestion and naturally detoxify.
We will be learning twisting poses in standing, seated and inverted position.

Inversions increases blood flow to the brain. The brain being the seat of intelligence, discrimination, wisdom, knowledge and will power, regular practice of inversion will improve our wisdom, power of thinking and discrimination.

Jika Anda pernah mengalami nyeri lutut atau pinggul, Anda pasti tahu bagaimana lemah rasanya tubuh untuk melakukan aktivitas sederhana seperti berjalan menuruni tangga atau berjongkok.
Masalah pada lutut cenderung memberi kita umpan balik lebih cepat daripada masalah dipinggul, di mana mungkin butuh bertahun-tahun kerusakan sendi itu berlangsung sebelum rasa sakit itu mulai terasa.
Melalui yoga kita dapat mengatasi rasa sakit, meregangkan dan menguatkan otot-otot di sekitar pinggul dan paha guna memperoleh pergerakan maksimal di pinggul dan sekaligus untuk melindungi kedua lutut.
Bergabunglah dengan kami di Workshop Nyeri Pinggul dan Lutut ini di mana Anda akan belajar bagaimana menjaga kesehatan sendi pinggul dan lutut Anda dalam latihan yoga agar tetap bebas dari rasa nyeri. Jika Anda mengalami nyeri tersebut, Anda dapat mempelajari cara memodifikasi latihan yoga agar dapat mengatasi rasa nyeri yang Anda rasakan dan mencegah cedera lebih lanjut.
